WHAT YOU'RE SEEING
Satellite positions are propagated for the current UTC time from public orbital elements using SGP4. They are predictions, not streaming telemetry. The visible-pass model uses your observer location, Sun angle, Earth shadow, selected horizon and hourly weather; it cannot know each spacecraft’s actual brightness or attitude. Element age and weather can limit accuracy.
